Refund and delivery summary

Arcstone sells fixed-scope written packets and async service deliverables.

For service packets and automation builds, the scope is defined before work begins. If Arcstone cannot deliver the agreed written scope, the order will be refunded or replaced with a mutually acceptable lower-scope deliverable.

No revenue, lead-volume, sales outcome, ranking, or platform approval is guaranteed.

Delivery is async and written by default unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
