# Service Business AI Workflow Starter Pack

Use this pack to map one workflow before buying tools or building automation. The best first workflow is usually one sentence:

- When a call is missed, draft a text for review.
- When a quote is sent, create a reminder and owner.
- Every Friday, summarize open follow-ups.
- When a form arrives, create a row and assign the next action.

## Safe-use rules

Do not include passwords, API keys, payment data, private customer records, medical records, legal-sensitive material, or financial account data in first intake or AI prompts. Use screenshots with private data removed, examples, or summarized workflow notes.

## Workflow map

1. Trigger: What starts the workflow?
2. Input: What information is available at the start?
3. Owner: Who is responsible for the next action?
4. Review: What must a human approve before anything is sent?
5. Output: What should be created, updated, drafted, or summarized?
6. Tracking: Where does the status live?
7. Failure point: Where does it usually get missed?

## Score the workflow

Score each item from 0 to 3.

- Clear trigger
- Clear owner
- Clear status location
- Low private-data risk
- Repeated weekly or daily
- Direct customer or admin value
- Easy to review before sending
- Can be described in one sentence

If the score is 16 or higher, it may be a good candidate for a small workflow automation sprint.
