Last updated: May 25, 2026

This policy applies to ArcStone Technical websites, intake pages, checkout-start pages, and email links that collect information for sales workflow reviews, follow-up maps, and related fixed-scope services.

What we collect

We may collect the information you send through intake forms, checkout handoffs, email, or written requests, including name, business name, work email, website, service area, workflow details, order context, and messages. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not requested through ArcStone intake forms.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, evaluate fit, prepare and deliver the requested review, match checkout records to delivery, maintain records, prevent abuse, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell submitted intake information. We may share limited information with service providers that host the website, process payment, deliver email, store records, or support the requested work, and when required by law or needed to protect rights, users, or systems.

Cookies and analytics

Hosting, security, checkout, and basic site tooling may collect technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, timestamps, referrers, and cookie or session data. Browser controls can limit some cookies, but required security or checkout features may still operate.

Retention

We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, records, security, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Unneeded credentials, regulated records, or private customer files should not be submitted and may be deleted if received.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided by contacting ArcStone. Some records may be retained where needed for legitimate business, security, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.

Children

ArcStone services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about children through these websites.

Security

ArcStone uses reasonable operational safeguards and asks users not to submit passwords, account tokens, payment data, private customer records, medical records, legal-sensitive material, financial account data, or regulated data through first-contact forms.
